This is an opportunity to take an intentional pause to support the core of your business: you. This practice Increases in mindfulness can bring clarity, focus and wellbeing. No fancy kit required. Just show up, and feel free to bring a guest.
100% incense free! Come to one session or all of them, this is a drop in drop out practice.
